The changes are as follows:
- The player can now perform a true hill start by using the handbrake, releasing and then accelerating.
- AI drivers will now drive through roundabouts properly.
- Traffic density setting was added to video options.
- Starting menu music has been lowered in volume a bit.
- Water tanks will now hover mid-air upon being purchased.
- Lighting optimizations have been made.
- SSAO setting was added to video options.
- Fuel mix save issue has been fixed.
- Abandoned cars will no longer spawn items they shouldn't have.
